PLC glossary
Accumulator
The current total inside a timer or counter. It shows time passed or events counted, rather than the target.

- ACC, CV, accumulated value
- On site
- A counter's current total reads two after two separate bottles arrive.
- Siemens
- ET for elapsed timer time; CV for the counter value.
- Rockwell
- ACC for a timer or counter's accumulated value.
