Flash the warning lamp
One second on, one second off, while the pump is tripped.
When pump P-101 trips, Fault turns ON. While Fault is ON, flash Beacon: ON for 1 second, then OFF for 1 second, and so on, starting with ON. When Fault turns OFF, Beacon turns OFF at once, and the next fault starts with ON again.

Where you’d find this
A pump house beacon flashes when a pump trips, so the night shift spots it from across the yard.
A steady lamp is easy to miss among other lights. A steady flash is the usual way to say: something needs you.
