Where you’d find this
A car park sump collects rainwater, and a pump empties it between a high and a low float switch.
With one switch, the pump would start and stop every few seconds. The gap between the floats makes each run worth starting the motor for.
How it should behave
- High float
- Water above 60%: start Pump1.
- Low float
- Water below 20%: stop Pump1.
- In between
- Keep doing what the pump was doing.
Press Run and watch the sump fill. Pump1 must start at the high float and keep going to the low float. Switch HeavyRain ON for a storm.
